This prewedding styled shoot was a celebration of love ,based on the thought that love prevails after all the dark days the world have been through over the past few months.
’Save the date’ the most beautiful and hopeful message, that a real couple could give to all those couples who decided neither to cancel nor to postpone their wedding in 2020.
The styled shoot took place on a beach of the Ionian sea, at Parga, a mesmerizing place in the mainland of West Greece, in the beginning of summer, under the blue and shiny sky .
What more romantic than a dinner for two by the sea when the sun is setting? Having that thought in mind, we were led to a magical place by the sea, a small beach where little caves are created naturally by the white rocks while the trees of the surroundings colored the sea with a beautiful turquoise shade.
Going along with the moodboard of their wedding , we created a cozy corner with free styling set up with low tables, many pillows, amazing platters of cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables , a picnic basket with a bottle of wine and all them covered with an impressive net made with the macramé technique. That was the most beautiful way for this couple to celebrate their love ,announcing their wedding !
Based on an artisanal decorative styling, inspired by the Mediterranean, we created a scenery using neutral colors along with terracotta and yellow mustard and dried flowers to complete the set up. Making a tribute to human craftsmanship, there were used ceramic and recycled glass pots , custom made macrame goods designed specifically for this occasion, embroided pillows with the macramé technique, handmade towel rings, ceramic plates for the dishware and baskets or rugs made by rattan or bamboo .
A prewedding styled shoot with a total summer mood, celebrating love that overcomes every difficulty and spread the message of hope and optimism to thousand of couples in the world . Normal life is back so let’s save the date!
